  1. Custom made items such as toric contacts & hyperopia contacts are not allowed to be returned.
  2. Wig is not allowed to be returned due to hygiene reason.
  3. For order after shipped, item can be returned at buyer's cost and 90% refund will be granted if approved, exclude shipping. Returned item must be in original/ unused/ unopened/ sealed condition.
  4. Request to return or exchange shall be emailed to us within 7 calendar days from the day the package was delivered.
