Anwendung
- Vor der ersten Anwendung des Produkts den Sicherheitsverschluss an der Kappe entfernen.
- Kappe abnehmen.
- Drücken Sie die Flasche mit den Fingern auf beiden Seiten, bis sich ein Tropfen bildet. Geben Sie den Tropfen direkt in Ihr Auge oder auf Ihre Kontaktlinse.
- Setzen Sie die Kappe nach Gebrauch wieder auf die Flasche.
Zusammensetzung
- Natriumhyaluronat 0,15 %, Natriumchlorid, Dinatriumphosphat, Mononatriumphosphat, Dinatriumedetat und gereinigtes Wasser.

Die Flasche mit Acuaiss Ultra befeuchtenden Tropfen ist so konzipiert, dass sie ihren Inhalt vor externer Kontamination schützt.
Die OSD-Flasche schützt ihren Inhalt dank eines Filters vor externen Mikroben, der verhindert, dass kontaminierte Luft mit der Flüssigkeit im Inneren in Kontakt kommt. Dies ist möglich, da das OSD-System separate Kreisläufe hat, um Luft in die Flasche zu lassen und Flüssigkeit herauszulassen.
Die Flüssigkeit wird durch den Tropfer abgegeben, der durch den Druck beim Drücken der Flasche entsteht. Sobald sich der Tropfen gebildet hat, verschließt eine innere Vorrichtung das System, um das Eindringen von Mikroorganismen durch den Tropfer zu verhindern.
Die OSD-Flasche benötigt jedoch einen Lufteinlass, um ihre Form wiederherzustellen. Diese Luft strömt durch einen seitlichen Kreislauf, der physikalisch von der Flüssigkeitsausgabe getrennt ist, und passiert einen Sterilisationsfilter.

We have 2 warehouses which they are in Malaysia & China, so products may be shipped separately. Not to worry, tracking number will be provided for each package sent.
Shipping may be combined sometimes and you may not see the delivery time frame during checkout. In such case, we will ship with Standard/Economy Shipping and the below shipping time shall apply.

*Toric & Hyperopia contact lenses are not available for cancellation as they are custom made items.
- Return* -
1. For order after shipped, contacts can be returned at buyer's cost and 10% restocking fee will be charged. Returned item must be in original/ unused/ unopened/ sealed condition.
2. Request to return or exchange shall be emailed to us within 14 calendar days from the day the package was delivered.
3. We advise you to email us to find out more about the product if you are unsure or do intensive research before ordering.
*Wigs are not available for return due to hygiene.
- Exchange -
Exchange is applicable when you received defective or wrong items, please send us the photo of the received items and we will send you replacement with the original shipping method. Replacement with other same value item or refund only can be done if the same item is out of stock.
