Hauptmerkmale
- Größe: 15-ml-Flasche
- Bestimmt für: Alle Kontaktlinsenträger – insbesondere weiche und Silikon-Hydrogel-Linsen.
- Zweck: Linderung von Trockenheit, Reizungen, Brennen oder Ermüdung der Augen, die durch das Tragen von Kontaktlinsen oder Umweltfaktoren (Staub, Rauch, trockene Luft, Klimaanlage, lange Bildschirmarbeit) verursacht werden.
- Wichtiger Wirkstoff: Hyaluronsäure (HA) 0,3 % G/V – ein Feuchtigkeitsmittel
- Weitere Merkmale: Sterile, klare, farblose Lösung. Hersteller zertifiziert nach ISO 13485 durch DNV GL und CE-zertifiziert (Medizinprodukterichtlinie).
Spezifikationen & Anwendung
- Geeignet für: Alle Silikon-Hydrogel- und andere Kontaktlinsenträger.
- Indikationen: Trockene & empfindliche Augen bei Kontaktlinsenträgern, insbesondere Beschwerden am Ende des Tages.
- Inhaltsstoffe (ausgewählt): HA 0,3 %; Polyhexanid (Konservierungsmittel/Desinfektionsmittel); Puffersubstanzen; Natriumchlorid; Wasser.
Warum Sie es vielleicht möchten
- Wenn Sie Kontaktlinsen tragen und Trockenheit, Brennen, Reizungen oder Ermüdung (insbesondere nach langem Tragen oder in trockenen/klimatisierten Umgebungen) erfahren, ist dieses Produkt für dieses Szenario maßgeschneidert.
- Die 0,3 %ige HA-Konzentration reduziert nachweislich Reizungen und verlängert die Tränenfilmaufbruchzeit effektiver als Kochsalzlösung.
- Da es zertifiziert ist (ISO & CE), deutet dies auf anständige Herstellungs- und Qualitätsstandards hin.
- Klare/farblose Lösung mit stiller, einfacher Anwendung: einfach mit eingesetzter Linse (vermutlich) ins Auge tropfen.
Dinge, die zu überprüfen / zu beachten sind
- Obwohl es gut zur Linderung beim täglichen Tragen von Linsen ist, handelt es sich immer noch um ein „Gleitmittel/Tropfen“-Produkt – es ist kein vollständiger Ersatz für andere Linsenpflege- oder Behandlungsmethoden, wenn Sie zugrunde liegende Augenerkrankungen haben.
- Das Konservierungsmittel Polyhexanid ist enthalten – wenn Sie empfindlich auf Konservierungsmittel in Augentropfen reagieren, prüfen Sie die Verträglichkeit.
- Verwenden Sie es gemäß den Anweisungen in der Verpackung (siehe Gebrauchsanweisung).
- Wenn die Symptome anhalten (Schmerzen, Sehstörungen, starke Reizungen), suchen Sie einen Augenarzt auf – das Produkt ist für „leichte Augenbeschwerden ohne pathologische Bedeutung“ indiziert.

- Shipping -
We have 2 warehouses which they are in Malaysia & China, so products may be shipped separately. Not to worry, tracking number will be provided for each package sent.
Shipping may be combined sometimes and you may not see the delivery time frame during checkout. In such case, we will ship with Standard/Economy Shipping and the below shipping time shall apply.

1. The delivery time frame is based on the best ESTIMATION. All transit times are subject to Customs Clearance, transport conditions, weather conditions, the volume of mail traffic and etc.
2. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the Recipient.
3. Estimated delivery time frame EXCLUDE processing time (found in product description).
4. Please provide a contact number, postal code and buzz code (if any) in the shipping address. DO NOT enter P.O Box address. Delivery is usually done from Monday to Friday, working hours only.
5. Please contact us if the package did not reach within the mentioned delivery time frame, else we will not be able to perform an investigation with the shipper. We will not entertain any claim after such a period.
6. It’s the buyer's responsibility to track the package, please track regularly.
- Cancellation* -
1. Request can be made before item is fulfilled.
*Toric & Hyperopia contact lenses are not available for cancellation as they are custom made items.
- Return* -
1. For order after shipped, contacts can be returned at buyer's cost and 10% restocking fee will be charged. Returned item must be in original/ unused/ unopened/ sealed condition.
2. Request to return or exchange shall be emailed to us within 14 calendar days from the day the package was delivered.
3. We advise you to email us to find out more about the product if you are unsure or do intensive research before ordering.
*Wigs are not available for return due to hygiene.
- Exchange -
Exchange is applicable when you received defective or wrong items, please send us the photo of the received items and we will send you replacement with the original shipping method. Replacement with other same value item or refund only can be done if the same item is out of stock.
