How long do you take to ship?

Please refer to the processing time frame in the product description, it is different from the delivery time frame you see when selecting shipping method during checkout.

We normally take 2-3 working days to ship colored contact lenses (most) orders.
Will you compensate if the package is lost?

Kindly enable Navidium in cart. Navidium Package Protection provides protection for shipments that are Lost (Stuck In Transit), Stolen (Marked As Delivered), or Damaged (during transit).

The definition is as below:

Lost (Stuck In Transit) - There is no movement for 30 days since the last update in the tracking system.
Stolen - Tracking status marked as delivered but not received.
Damaged (during transit) - Physical damage to the item which cannot be used.

How long does it take to reach me?
