This contact lens is custom-made for Genshin Impact’s Hu Tao cosplay. Everything from the color to the 14.5mm diameter was designed for an accurate representation so you can stay completely in-character. Due to the detail of the design, the contacts may obstruct your vision and mobility assistance is recommended. These contacts come in both plano and prescription lenses so everyone gets a chance at playing the fighter from Liyue. The contacts come with a lens case included, allowing for safe storage up to the replacement period of 12 months. Please take note that 12 months replacement period is a maximum period you can use. After you opened the lenses, it depends on the frequency you used.
It's wear and tear product, the more frequent you use, you shall dispose it in shorter period time frame. The longest you can use is 12 months. Says you used it every day, then we advise you to dispose it within 3 months.

- Shipping -
We have 2 warehouses which they are in Malaysia & China, so products may be shipped separately. Not to worry, tracking number will be provided for each package sent.
Shipping may be combined sometimes and you may not see the delivery time frame during checkout. In such case, we will ship with Standard/Economy Shipping and the below shipping time shall apply.

- Cancellation* -
1. Request can be made before item is fulfilled.
*Toric contact lenses are not available for cancellation as they are custom made items.
- Return* -
1. For order after shipped, contacts can be returned at buyer's cost and 10% restocking fee will be charged. Returned item must be in original/ unused/ unopened/ sealed condition.
2. Request to return or exchange shall be emailed to us within 14 calendar days from the day the package was delivered.
3. We advise you to email us to find out more about the product if you are unsure or do intensive research before ordering.
*Wigs are not available for return due to hygiene.
- Exchange -
Exchange is applicable when you received defective or wrong items, please send us the photo of the received items and we will send you replacement with the original shipping method. Replacement with other same value item or refund only can be done if the same item is out of stock.
