Request to return, exchange or cancellation shall be emailed to us within 7 calendar days from the day the package was delivered.

Toric contacts ,hyperopia contacts, custom made contacts, costumes, fashion-T/ and kigurumi are not allowed to be returned, exchanged or cancelled.

Charges - $0.30 charge by Paypal + 10% restocking fee.

Charges - 10% restocking fee, exclude incurred postage & returned postage to be borne by customer.
